    The package includes:

    • An initial discovery meeting to get some of your information but also go through the list of what Performist will be needing: product, distribution, pricing, objectives, buyer profiles, Google analytics, conversion ratios and similar.
    • Professional quantitative proprietary research
    • Meeting to go over the structure of the survey, questions, distribution and collection of information.
    • Meeting to go over the information and agree on deliverables, next steps.
    • There will be a separate meeting to go over the findings of the quantitative research.
    • As many meetings as you deem necessary to achieve your goals.

    Fully fleshed out strategy & plan:

    • Desk research integrated with any proprietary or 1st party research on buyers and customer segments.
    • Competitive set: positioning, advertising claims, price point
    • Proprietary research insights and their application to the strategy and plans.
    • Actions needed to improve targeting and segmentation including vendors and cost estimates to achieve these.
    • SWOT analysis if it can be established from verifiable, documented sources (e.g., product reviews, google ratings, etc.) and not from opinions
    • Market environment, short term trends that will affect the commercialization of the product
    • Media strategy – this may include non-digital media. There will be a detailed description of the media channels as well as estimated costs.
    • Creative strategy – but no finished pieces.
    • Other communication strategies: influencers, native/content marketing, B2B efforts, PR efforts, promotions.
    • Basically, everything that touches the customer.
    • Timetable.
    • Implementation plan.

    After the plan:

    • Presentation to you to get feedback, any changes, final recommendations
