Seven Elements for Great Marketing – Customer Research
There are seven elements you need to make your marketing really work.
The second thing you need is to understand how your customers make decisions.
And for that you need quantitative research.
There are many ways of obtaining quantitative data.
- The first one, and the easiest one, is to buy existing category research. There are obvious advantages. It is cheaper, faster, and the sample size will be larger.
However, it won’t be deep.
- Another way is to run search ads containing some of the aspects that you would like to understand. This is also cheap and fast. The depth of the sample depends on your budget.
But of course, it is very limited
- The best alternative is to create your own survey, send it to your email list and place it on your social media. That way you can collect information focused on your brand and your users.
